Travellers Tips

Luxury Mobile Safaris are Capture Africa specialty. These entail camping ‘wild’ in Botswana’s national parks and game reserves, viewing the abundant wildlife from the back of an open game viewer. Accommodation varies from comfortable dome tents, to luxurious Meru Style tents, fully furnished with ensuite bathroom facilities. Capture Africa provides full catering on all of its safaris, as well as being able to assist people in the dietery requirements.

While planning your safari to one of Africa’s most pristine wildlife areas, there are a few things that you need to note. When choosing more than one destination for the safaris, please take note of the location of these places, as well as any further details about travelling from one area to another. Make sure to ask your agent or ourselves further information about this.

Botswana work in the Botswana Pula. Tourists are welcomed to exchange money while here, only having to produce your passport to do so. Should you have
Botswana Pula left over at the end of your trip, make sure to exchange it back while still in Botswana, as most other countries do not accept the Botswana Pula or
exchange with it.

Combining a mobile safari with a lodge stay is a fantastic way to experience what Botswana has to offer. Capture Africa recommends that you start with the mobile safari and end up with a lodge stay. Please ask us any further questions you have about this.
